Our Long Cushion Storage bag (previously called Extra Large) gives you an extra 23cm in length over our Large Storage Bag. It is water-resistant, mould resistant, UV protected and breathable. It will fit the seat cushions and back cushions from a large furniture set such as our Bay, or Quilto corner groups and is perfect for sets where the the seat cushions are longer than usual.
It's made from heavy duty materials and comes with convenient carry handles for transportation.
Please do not leave your Storage Bags outside. While they offer some protection against the seasonal elements, they cannot fully safeguard your garden furniture cushions in all weather conditions. Prolonged exposure to extreme weather, such as rain, snow, or direct sunlight, may lead to damage or deterioration of the bag and its contents.
To ensure the longevity of your Storage Bags, we recommend storing them indoors or in a covered area.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMINGS
Standard Delivery to mainland UK is FREE of charge on all orders over £50.
Standard Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Your order will be delivered via the Harbour Lifestyle delivery team using our two-person delivery service or one of our trusted courier partners. We endeavour to deliver all orders (to mainland UK) within 10 working days of your order being placed.
DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our delivery service to certain areas. We may not always be able to deliver our products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. If you are interested in having any of our products delivered to one of these areas, please contact our delivery team on 01223 626006 before placing your order so that we can provide a delivery quotation based on the products you require.
We’re also able to assist you if you’re looking to ship your item(s) internationally; whether you'd like us to deliver your order to a UK based freight-forwarder on your behalf, or you'd like us to arrange with our trusted courier partner to deliver your order to another country, please get in touch.To enable us to provide you with the best quotation it is important to have full details of the delivery address, as well as all products you wish to order.
DELIVERY DAY
On the day of delivery, you’ll be notified of your estimated delivery window within the hours of 8am – 6pm. The delivery drivers will endeavour to call you 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.
Our trusted delivery partners are unfortunately unable to access your property or garden; therefore, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property, this is known as a ‘kerbside’ delivery. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered, you may be charged for a repeat delivery.
Our standard delivery service does not include set up or assembly of your items, or the removal of packaging materials. If this is required, please select either our Package Removal or Platinum Delivery options.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We hope that you are happy with your products once they reach your home. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and choose to return the item(s) to us for a refund, you will need to contact our delivery team on 01223 626006 or via email customerservices@harbourlifestyle.co.uk who will arrange a collection for you. After your item(s) have been returned to us, our customer care team will arrange a refund back onto the original payment method. A collection charge for unwanted goods will be incurred and deducted from the total refund amount.
HELP WITH MY DELIVERY
MY ITEM IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, BUT I’VE PAID FOR IT. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
In the rare event that your item is out of stock after placing your order, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 1 month, you’ll be billed and then we’ll contact you to organise delivery once it is ready to be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 1 month, we'll cancel your order and refund you.
If you’re not happy to wait, please contact Customer services to cancel your order and process a refund or to select an alternative product.

When I was about to order this bag I noticed that delivery was 7-10 days but I was going away and needed it within 3 days. I phoned their office and was told by a very helpful lady that if I ordered on line now she would look out for the order and dispatch it the same day. She was true to her word and I had a dispatch notice email the same day and it was delivered 36 hrs later. The bag holds ALL 18 summerhouse furniture cushions which saves me having to put them in the loft over the winter. Excellent product, excellent service. Well done Harbour Lifestyle!
